Has something changed with the license requirements here as I've just updated my IPad and now get and error when trying to pair a device.

Error message reads 'Scanner not available due to license incompatibilty'

Cheers

Does this update allow RTC360 full resolution scans to be exported direct from Field 360 as E57 files?

After the first few hours and the field crew told us it is slower then before. We don't need e57export nor bundle optimalization in the field it never gonna replace office work.

Out of curiosity, is there a tablet Leica recommends (iOS or Android)?? Latest gen iPad Pro or Samsung tablet? Maybe something else all together? With the new features of optimization and loop closures, I'm assuming that'll take more CPU/RAM horsepower, so I'm just curious if there's a definitive best tablet.

You may have to re-put your EID in (For REg 360 or Cyclone REg. I've had to do that before with that app,) Is your CCP up to date?

We had an issue yesterday whereby you could not connect to the RTC scanner - Workaround from tech support is to remove EID in your CLM and also in the cyclone cloud portal and then re-add. This allowed the scanner to be selected as normal in the field app. Tech support are following up on the problem. When I hear back I can update.

Seems the fix to this one as a few of you have mentioned is to remove the EID from the Cyclone Cloud Portal then add it back , log out of the field 360 app then back in.
Up and running again now.

Hi All,

Can anyone confirm that you can import control files and perform resections etc with a P40?

Or is it limited to visual alignment?

Thanks,

Chris
