BLK360 V2 errors

BLK360 V2 errors
The first time use BLK v2 but after two hours of continuous usage, I was not able to work anymore as the following message appeared after 2-3 scans and the scanner wanted to reboot.
Also notice that it was hot. Wondering how we will work in the summer...
Any opinion on why happened?
It is really interesting piece of kit but unboxing and BUGs?

If you have sent the logs to support there's not much I can provide in terms of comment... I do know they are aware of your issue as I sent them this link to verify. I will ask again for you, but a response will come through official channels.

I have had the same error on two different jobs now. Both times it happened after switching batteries.
First battery loaded works fine and does about 12-15 scans. I then switch battery and after roughly 2-3 scans with the new battery this error occurs. Luckily I just reboot and it works fine. Still frustrating.
I am going to mark the battery just to make sure it isnt the same one causing the issue. Cant think of anything else other than that.

Οfficial answer from Leica
it indicates a direct sunlight issue that is interfering the EDM.
The developers are hard working on a fix.
For the moment the only workaround we can provide is to protect from the sun or even scan
with lower resolution to have the scanhead moving faster.
It would great if you could send us the corresponding logs/service report.
The problem is that all the scans was INDOORS !!

Yeah. I was indoors when I had the errors. Happened again on my last job and this was on the first battery so my last post is irrelevant now!
Again luckily I have been able to reboot each time and continue without issue.
