I am publishing a walkthrough for a client but suddenly have the following errors:
trying to setup new windows but the problem still occurred
seer attached photos which illustrate the problem
kindly advice regarding this problem
this problem occurred after install TRW 12.0,while extract publish for the client, trying many times to open and suddenly not work while its work on other PC,s with Trimble scan explore 1.09.0.296Trimble scan explorer error

Hi Ahmed,
same thing happened to me recently. It must be a bug in version 12. Go back to 11.3 and export the viewer from there. It is backward compatible and works fine.
Can any Trimble forum member please comment on this issue?
