Not to the best of my knowledge. I think you'll need a piece of commercial software based on a Leica Publisher license to create an LGS file.

3DLS registers data and does this as a service. With Cyclone multiple raw file formats can be registered natively. If it is Faro FLS, color looks better if the RAW FLS files are imported into Cyclone and registered. It is possible to import e57 files also, but the photo color and quality, is not nearly as good as compared to importing the RAW data files. Just guessing it is probably Faro data, as that would be the reason for e57. But way better to share the raw FLS files and have them registered natively inside of Cyclone/Register360 and then publish out the LGS.

Or if you have have the Cyclone/Register360 project, can zip and share that also.

I have a publisher pro license and can provide a service for converting your point cloud into lgs format,
maybe it will be useful to you in the future or to other forum members.
