Scan Explorer Error

Hi everyone,

I've had an error message 'Server connection has been lost. Please reconnect' when trying to open the Scan Explorer on one of my projects. The project is saved on a network, and I've been able to successfully open the Scan Explorer on another computer for the same project. I've also been able to open the Scan Explorer on other projects on the same computer.

I've also tried the obvious restarting the machine, uninstalling Realworks and re-installing it etc.

I know this error appears to be a problem with my machine, and not the Software itself, but I was hoping someone had run into this problem as well and knew how to fix it?

yes!, even I am having the same issue, Anyone from the "Trimble team" please help us, to overcome it.

I had the same problem specially with TRW 12 , the publish worked on the machine who export the publish ,when try to transfer it to another machine i faced this problem ,see attached photos
