REGISTER 360 2021.0.0: I can't install

Hello,:

I have a colleague who can not install the Register 360 2021.0.0, he has the next message:

He has windows 8.1, but according to data sheet Register 360 support windows 7, 8.1 and 10

Does someone know what is that the problem?

v2021.0 does not run on Windows 7 according to release notes.

Kudos to where they belong.
I am halfway through the release notes (83 pages) and I gotta hand it to the features enhancement and documentation from Leica.
There have been so many additions into this latest update, that have been specific things that we have sent in to tech support (and I'm sure many others have on this very forum). It is pleasant to see the comments of the professional end-users being incorporated to create MORE EFFICIENT workflows. The documentation is so much better than the past in describing typical workflows where the new features would be beneficial. By identifying those it allows the end-user to work through his own projects in his/her mind and know where to incorporate them without having to "unlearn' old workflows (or rather work-arounds that take more time). Good job on this one Leica, just haven't gotten to try everything out yet......
And........ still waiting for Cyclone Enterprise v2021.1.0 ...............
