I am getting ready to be introducing FARO evidence at a homicide trial in a few weeks. Does anyone have any pointers, tips, etc., on getting ready for a Daubert hearing and/or direct and cross that you have experienced at any time in trials. Any suggestions on how to make this field more understandable to a jury?
Thanks in advance for any advice!!!

Re: First trial with laser scans
Hi Aaron,
I guess I am a little late here. It's been so busy I have not had time to catch up on the forum. In this case, send me a private PM and perhaps we can discuss. There may be other posts here with information along those lines, but if you want to chat, it may avoid a lengthy post.
Regards,
Eugene
