I am looking for information about aerial lidar data for any countries around the world. If you know any geoportal where the data can be downloaded (free or paid) please leave info in comment. Also, if you have any information that the lidar has been performed please share with us this information.

France (IGN) is in the process of covering the whole territory with LIDAR. No data for now, but it's coming in the next years.
