What do you all carry in the truck?
A bit slow here so a general question to know what all of you guys use in the field. Mainly scanning of course but all may be listed up :
This is what's standard in my truck when on the road
-scanner
-total station
-rtk
-level
-tripods
-targets
-ladder
-a laptop with drives, usb sticks,...
-paint
-power drill on batteries

Oh boi my SUV is always so full its crazy
-every PPE variant in the world, 3 types of helmets, bunch of glasses, gloves, steeltoe water boots, 2 other type of steel toe boots, hicking boots, raincoat. Fire protection clothing, harness,half face mask respirator, 100ft ropes etc so I don't have to worry about anything when going to a site
-R12i gps
-TS16 TS
- 1 standard yellow tripod for TS
- 2 carbon gitzo tripod for faro scanners (for indoor scanning) with 3/8 to 5/8 adapter for tribrach.
- 2 aluminium industrial line tripod with extension rods
- 2 tribrach for scanners
-2 faro S series scanner
- usually about 18 spheres (12x145mm and 6x200mm)
- box of 6x leica magnet rotatable checkerboards
- 2 145mm sphere with integrated prism
- portable usb battery (the ones that can boost a car), I use this to charge my phone on the go
- headlight + torch light
- toolset with 245 pieces just im case I need to tighten some bolts
- Mining pike to open man holes
- TS nails and 1' wooden spikes
- hammers
- about 12 medium size traffic cones
- Orange paint can
- Tetha 360 camera (I use this with the gps to add pictures to the survey or man hole inspection)
- 10m extendible ruler for man hole inspection
- 12v pump to inflate tires
-cliboard with printed papers related to project, bunch of pens, surveyor notebook
- Headphones in case im on a solo job and dont need helmet.
- About 5 nalgene 1L water bottles, at least 2 coffee mugs
- PL glue
- Checkerboard stickers
- Bunch of measuring tapes
- First aid kit
- Valentina hot sauce bottle
- outdoor bag (with vented back mesh) I carry around with either water inside, rope, target, glue, tape, lunch etc. So I never have to walk back to my car in the middle of a survey and leave my spheres/scanners unsupervised
- Laptop and personnal bag only if I have to stay overnight in a hotel
Dont need a gun cause I live in Canada lol

I also have a lot of small stuff in the truck but not as much as you. May i ask what you're driving? I drive a Toyoya Hilux pickup truck.
