Faro scene and Samsung's Odyssey WMR headset
did anyone try these two combinations Faro scene 7.1 and the Samsung Odyssey WMR headset. that set seams to be in par with the Vive pro and way much easier to use and to setup, and much cheaper.

Windows Mixed reality headsets should actually work. You need to have Steam VR installed and the correct Windows 10 updates installed.
You won't be able to see the controllers in 7.1. This will change in 7.2. After the 7.2 update the controllers should show up correctly if they are also visible in other Steam apps.

Thank you Daniel, and also good to know that 7.2 is around the corner, I was always wondering about that.

Re: Faro scene and Samsung's Odyssey WMR headset
We have successfully used our Oculus Rift with SCENE 7.1 and it works great!
We now also have the Samsung Odessy and can't view the point cloud. VR starts up just fine and the VR screen pops up just like it did with the Oculus, but all I can see in the headset is the boundary and my controllers in a big grey space. No point cloud.
Any ideas?

Alright, I pulled the trigger too soon. I opened up a previous project that worked with Oculus Rift and it DOES work with Samsung Odessy.
It wasn't working in a new SCENE point cloud. I translated the point cloud in SCENE to line up with Revit coordinates so I wonder if that is the issue.
