Hi all,
We've been using the Faro S120 to good effect for over the past year, and it has always proven to be a reliable piece of equipment, with only some battery charging issues with the quick charger that bugs us now and then.
However, recently we've noticed that while processing the scan data, some raw scans have images that has a misaligned line, as per attached image.
Any one has any idea what is the issue and how to fix it?

Hello and welcome!
If this is in 1 scan then your equipment was moved or unstable in some way during the scan.
If this is in all scans then your scanner is out of calibration. Its time to experience the joys of sending your scanner away to be serviced. Good luck.
I think Scene has a way of theoretically correcting for this but I've never done it myself and it might depend of software/firmware versions etc. There's plenty of more experienced Faro users on here who can better advise. Anyone??
