Coloring with Panocam

Post by Emanuele »

Good evening,
I have a problem with coloring from Panocam.
I processed and registered the scans without applying the images; now I should color the scans but the process fails with a "calibration failure" error
The Zuc_089 scan is the one used for calibration and the images were acquired from 089 to 105.
I tried to create a new project with only the scans from 089 to 105 and if I run the processing with image application it doesn't give me an error!
I can use Scene 2023.0.1 or 2023.1.0.11127.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you!!

Create a new project with only scan 89 and try to process it

But after having processed the 89 in the new project, how can I put it in the complete one?

Try to get a calibration applied using just scan 89 in a new project, save and close SCENE then open the original project and try to process 90-105 in color.

I followed the instructions but it didn't work.

Did 89 process in color successfully? If not I would set up the scanner and take a new calibration scan then see if you can get the other scans colored after applying new calibration scan.

I don't think the problem is calibration.
I did this test:
- created a new Scene project with scans 89 to 105
- process scans without applying images
- align the scans
- new processing with only the application of images
The result is correct!
In the complete project it is as if Scene did not see the calibration scan (89) before the others (from 90 to 105) and therefore did not understand how to apply the images
