3rd Party Repair for older Faro Focus units
Are there any 3rd party repair facilities that you can send a Faro Focus to when Faro deems them too old to repair? Just wondering as we have a few X330 units that I think are EOL as far as Faro goes and I know eventually they will need some sort of calibration or repair down the road.

We have one X330 scanner that sometimes will not complete its 360 motion while scanning. I would be fine swapping the motor in house, but the calibration part is where we would need help, since it's not something we can do in house, nor does it support on site compensation.

Can you help me figure out how to replace the internal battery on a 120 scanner? Is it a big deal to open it up? The pictures that I have seen on open ebay units suggest it’s just a button battery, just want to make sure I open it up correctly.
