BLK2GO Batch b2g to rcp or E57?

Is there a way to batch process b2g files to rcp or E57 files? We have thousands of scans and it is taking hundreds of man hours to manually convert the data. If there was some type of batch script to convert b2g's to rcp's or E57 files we could run over night and throughout the day to reduce processing time.
