Is it possible to configure the TSC3 to control the SX10? I know that they are both running Trimble Access, but I believe they are different versions.
Thank you!
Andrew

Re: Trimble SX10 with TSC3 instead of Trimble Tablet Rugged PC
This isn't answering your question, just an opinion.
If you're using the SX10 without the tablet controller, then you are wasting all the features that makes the SX10 different to a regular total station.
...and so would be better off just using a much cheaper, regular total station.
It would be like having an iPad Pro and using it as a resting board for taking for pen and paper notes.
I'm sure you've got a legitimate and specific reason for asking the question though!

For now, there are two tablets you can use with SX10: Trimble Tablet and T10.
I don't know if there will be some upgrade in the future about TSC3.

Re: Trimble SX10 with TSC3 instead of Trimble Tablet Rugged PC
The TSC3 has been discontinued, so there are no plans to support the SX10 on the TSC3 platform. Older Trimble tablets like the Yuma 2 running Trimble Access 2016.10 or later should work. Or you can use the more modern TSC7 controller or the T7, T10 or T100 tablets running TA 2018 or later. Depending on the age of your SX10, you may be able to use it with some Trimble Android controllers. Older SX10's will not work with Android but newer ones (S/N 30415001 or higher) should work with the TSC5 or TDC600 model 2, as long as you are running Trimble Access 2021.20 or later. More details are in the Trimble Access online help.
