BLK360 G1 $6,500

I bought this scanner off eBay late last year to use in my 3D CAD work. Unfortunately my employer has no interest in supporting me at all. They won't let me install the software on their computers and they won't let me put the CAD files on my computer. Tired of banging my head so I'm giving up. I know they say the software isn't transferrable but I will give the serial numbers to the buyer to use until the subscriptions expire. The REG 360 is what was the Pro version and CloudWorx is for SolidWorks. I guess they changed to to 'Ultimate' now so it should work on all the CAD platforms. Leica told me this unit used to belong to Tesla. No added value but kinda neat.
This scanner is in Ohio, USA.

That is a damn good deal for $6,500. Anything wrong with the scanner?

Not that I'm aware of. I mean I've had it disconnect from my phone a couple times before but even that seems to have gone away with the latest IOS updates. Some scans get too many of what I'd call 'tails' around objects. Extra points on either side of the object that stream out behind it. Our plant has lots of moving machinery and the whole place vibrates. even down on the 1st floor concrete you can see ever so slight waves in a glass of water. I attribute the scan tails to that because it gets much worse if I set the scanner up on a mezzanine or platform around the equipment. It just means a little more cleanup work within REG 360. It just breaks my heart that they won't support me on this here.
