Register 360+ Won't Open

I've just downloaded and tried to open Register 360 + but have been getting this message from the software, which I have emailed over to hdds support but was kind of hoping to work on it today.

I have just noticed that it says Windows 10 Pro but I am actually running Windows 11 Pro

Did you update from 2022 or uninstall and install 2023?

I recommend uninstalling. Clear registrys, app data, program files and that dumpstack file.

Reboot and reinstall.
