How to filter edge artifacts from a SX10/12 scan?

How to filter edge artifacts from a SX10/12 scan?

We never got around to do this or put too much mind to it. Exporting scans from TBC is unstructured so using softwares like scene or cloudcompare is not possible. We didn't find the setting in TBC and I couldn't get answer from google searches...

Is it possible to filter out edge artifacts from SX10/12 scans?
