Laserscanningtipoftheweek

Post by landmeterbeuckx »

Hi,
2 years ago approx i posted a series of tips on Linkedin about my experiences with laserscanning.
I dusted them of and made a small video with them. All 24 of them and for free ;)

LSF has an exclusive premiere  off this video as i'll post the link online on monday.

Enjoy your weekend!

PS give a thumbs up if it is of any use for the future! The video isn't hollywood production so bear in mind!

Nice work Lieven, some great practical advise, particularly for those just starting out in scanning.

I looked it over carefully and found a very big mistake.

There is no 5th tip, but there are two 6th tips. :D

Ima add a tip for this week

Use a compressed air can duster to clear out the cracks on the side of the mirror of your Faro scanners, that dust gets cought there when the scanner rotates and mostly affects one side, changes the weight distribution.

Just something good to do every now and then. :)

I'm sure there are a lot of additional tip. Feel free to share them here.

I've had 188 views on this video so if only a few benefited from them......
