I loved Google Tango, I even have the 7 inch tablet and developed apps for it.
But March 1 next year the hardware based extremely precise Tango is going to have dropped support in favor of software only ARCore challenged by Apple flavored ARKit.

In fact, right now tango is no longer available with original project tango device.
This is second time google break our development (first google glass) and now project tango.
We developed this app in Google campus Madrid but even being a google supported for many years, we are very disappointed with google project drops.
NNow we pivoted to Microsoft's Hololens, that looks more stable and clear ideas company.
