Rhino-8-feature-shrinkwrap

Post by Mike Annear »

All Rhino 7 License holders are free to download the Version 8 "WIP" (work in Progress) to try out new features and provide feedback to the developers.
This is true Beta testing.
One of the new functions is "Shrinkwrap", the ability to wrap pointclouds, meshes or poly-surfaces in an optimized mesh.
You can then take this mesh and convert it to a "Sub-D" surface, which is extremely lightweight and easily editable.
