Hello everyone,
I have an issue when i try to connect my iPhone via BLK2GO Live. It cannot pair with the device, after i made the new firmware update.
I have also re-installed the mobile application. I have also tested on android and it works.
My setup is:
BLK2GO - FW V2.2
BLK2GO Live - 1.4.0
IOS version - 15.5
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
George

Hello Everyone!
I've also had the same issue when I installed the latest firmware. To cut to the chase, the latest firmware is faulty and it fries up the scanner. After banging my head against the wall with the Leica support team, they essentially admitted that the latest firmware is flunked, and needs to be removed and re-install the previous version. Once I downgraded the firmware, my scanner was working again - with some minor limitations. So if any of you have this problem, the temporary way to solve it is to re-install the previous firmware.
Let me know if this helps for you too...
Best,
Trent,
