Hello all, looking for a little advice.
I am a small uk contractor working overseas. I have been approached by a potenial new client based on recommendations (the good news), they would like the deliveables in .lfd format to use with E3D and PDMS. Having had a lot of experience working for previous employers converting data through lfm before I thought no problem... I just need need to buy a licence to convert.
(the blind side) Almost fell of my chair when Aveva quoted me £1294/user/month for Point Cloud Manager or £984/user/month for the Generation Bundle. They do have a token system (1month min!)
Is anyone aware of any other method of converting into .lfd? Can E3D import any other formats?
Thanks in advance
Jim
