Has anyone tested the validate57.exe from the webpage http://libe57.org/data.html
It simply automatically crashes when I try to run it to validate a E57 file.
I'm using a Windows 10 OS and relatively modern specs.
e57xmldump.exe runs perfect
Is there any missing .dll's require ?
I'm sure someone that has bumped into this problem before.
How do I validate a E57 file ? (validate57.exe)

Re: How do I validate a E57 file ? (validate57.exe)
Trying here, it looks like there are a number of missing DLLs; MSVCRD100D.DLL, xerces-c_1D.dll, MSVCP100D.dll These are all pretty old debug versions of DLLs that may not be too easy to come by. The site gives a dependency download here based on Visual Studio 2010 builds, http://libe57.org/download.htmlScannerIRE wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2023 4:10 pm Has anyone tested the validate57.exe from the webpage http://libe57.org/data.html

If you download a copy of CloudCompare that will let you validate an E57
