Hi all
Is there a way to clean the noise generated in windows and mirrors? Or it need to be deleted manually

A mirror produces a perfect reflection which is not noise. No filter will clean that out. The best way is to do it manually.

There is a stray point filter in Scene that you can try with regular edge effect noise and you can also try the noise removal filter in CloudCompare too. However, manually removing what you don't want takes time, but is pretty much a sure way to do it.

I agree with Eugene. If I have a scene with a lot of reflective surfaces such as mirrors, windows, mud puddles, etc, I will load each scan individually and delete the reflection. It takes extra time, but the finished product is well worth it. The first time I encountered it, I was trying to figure out why it looked so noisy. Once I realized what was happening, I removed the reflection and it looked much better.
Remember to keep a copy of your raw unaltered original data in case someone needs to duplicate your work.
