Can Scene Create a Color Map for Wall Deflections, Like Floor Flatness?

Hi Guys,
I have Scene V20 and have a job from a burned out building where I need to show the deflection on the concrete walls. So basically I need a heat map type spectrum to show "In and Out" movement in the wall planes, so we can highlight any really bad sections where the walls have moved in.

I know I can do a kind of similar type thing in Scene or Sphere webshare by colorizing based on elevation, but how can I show this on a wall?

I see with Scene LT 2023 I can color by X-Axis, but I dont seem to be able to "calibrate" the color spectrum, to show color, just on a selected wall, and in say colour steps of 1-2mm or so

Or can I do this with Autodesk Recap? Or something else?

There are many tools that can do this, with varying degrees of price/complexity. 2 have been mentioned. Others are Cyclone/Reshaper, Verity, BuildIt, AsBuilt. You can't beat the price of CC though.
I'm trying to think of the best recommendation - Given the bit of learning curve with all, you may want to consider asking/paying one of the many experts on this forum to knock out this job on your behalf given your short turnaround.

You can also give a try to ScanSap if you want to have a fast solution to check wall flatness.
The advantage is that you can create as many ramps as needed, and then just switch between the different walls using viewpoints.
This allows you to store many QC viewpoints.
ScanSap is not open source like CC, but it is still extemely affordable compared to the main editors, with a yearly price of 890€, unlimited scans.

For the sake of completion, I would add GomInspect. Last time I checked, there was a free version that might be sufficient. As its specialized software, you have more capabilities than CloudCompare, like creating nice reports, sections, automated labels, PDFs, etc.
