Hi,
Had a fairly large and odd building to scan over a year ago, nearly 1000 scans, 12+ floors (each with half floors, rooms that covered more than floor etc) basements, attics and shafts. It wasnt scanned in the most ideal of orders due to access / time slots for people with keys to turn up etc...Now TruViews are required.
Is there any way to neatly split a model space up in Cyclone to create TruViews from?
I did attempt to fence areas, and layer it but then i still need to manually select the scans per layer or am i missing something at this stage?
Thanks
Steve

Pretty certain there is an option to 'Configure Scan Visibility' or something like that where you can select which scans show based on elevation.
I remember doing this in the past for a multi level scan job.
I'm sure someone who speaks Cyclone much better than me will chip in and tell you exactly how to do it but the option is available at some point when setting up the keyplan.

Re: TruViews from Layers (Cyclone Register)
Two ways...
1. Go back to the registration and create a scanworld per floor by highlighting all the scans on each floor. Then create a keyplan from the modelspace and publish.
2. create one keyplan and turn off the setups by level in the visibility options.
