Yesterday our CLM server stopped. We were unable to restart it. The service said it was running but the CLM says it had stopped. So all our licences were unavailable.
I have rehosted the licences (Cyclone, Cloudworx and Jetstream)to another PC and all is working again.
The only issue is seeing the old projects in the Jetstream vault. I can publish a new one to the same location, but it only displays and allows access to that one project.
This is the folder
This is the vault
Any ideas how to regain access to the other projects?
We still haven't figured out why the server stopped?

Re: Jetstream
Hi Graham, can you confirm that all details of this case have been passed to your local support team? I can try and escalate it this end, but it needs to come through the correct channel.
It could be that your *.db file has been corrupted in some way, as the data is certainly there - looking at your screenshots...
I hope we are able to help. I have not seen this issue previously.

Re: Jetstream
Yes it is in the system. I wondered if I removed the location and then added again whether that might work?

Re: Jetstream
I have just rehosted the licences again (last time hopefully). It seems when the licence server changes it loses access to the old Jetstream jobs.
This is despite the fact that the vault for all 3 rehosted licence servers is the same folder.

Re: Jetstream
It seems that when publish to Jetstream it links to the current server, so if you rehost your licences to a different server then that link is lost.
So although all the projects are in the same folder it won't see the historic ones. You can import an archive though.
So best policy is to publish to the Jetstream vault and immediately archive the project through Jetstream admin.
