I've been given the start of an LFM project of a site. All the scans had been registered and a control survey added in.
New scans have been taken of the site and registered, but I cannot get the new group of scans in the correct position.
Is there a way to use the current control survey to position the new scans correctly? Or must i need a new control survey?
What exactly in a control survey tells each scan 'which way is up?'
Using Modeller and Gateway.
Thanks! in advance

Re: Contorl Surveys
Hi Tom,
Can you give us a bit of clarification on this one?
Are the new scans in addition to the existing ones? If so, does the existing survey also cover the new scans? Or are the new scans a replacement for some of the old ones (in order to keep the data "up to date")?
It sounds like the two batches of scans are registered correctly within themselves, but not relative to each other. Is that correct?
