LFM software has been in extensive and continual development for more than a decade. It has now found widespread acceptance as the optimum tool for handling large point cloud data sets. Enhancing the benefits that high resolution data brings. Serving the existing conditions market, LFM software brings high density laser scan data of plant and structures into the office-based CAD environment.

LFM can dynamically link with class leading 3D CAD design packages, Microstation ™, AutoCAD™, PDS™, SPR™, and PDMS™, allowing users to view and use laser scanned data in their own familiar CAD environment. LFM allows seamless use of the data from capture, to initial processing and registration, through to final delivery to the client. LFM also allows detailed as-built 3D models to be made from the data. It can be used across a wide range of applications, from offshore oil and gas, to onshore refining, general process, construction and architectural and heritage.

Please visit their website to find more information that outlines the new features and benefits of LFM Server 3.92. Some of these include Powerful New Clash Manager, Quick Object Clash, Clash Publisher and Benchmarks. All these new features aid in making LFM Server 3.92, more user friendly and focused towards engineering applications.
