I pleased to announce we have just released an update to Pointools Model for AutoCAD.
Here's a summary of our release schedule:
On Windows XP using AutoCAD 2007-2009
32 bit release - fixes a few bugs and improves performance.
64 bit release - a New release for users of 64bit AutoCAD 2009
Available for download today from our website, please visit http://www.pointools.com/download.php
On Windows Vista and 7 using AutoCAD 2007-2009
Now Available from our download page, please visit http://www.pointools.com/download.php
On Windows XP, Vista and 7 using AutoCAD 2010
Now Available from our download page, please visit http://www.pointools.com/download.php
On Windows XP, Vista and 7 using AutoCAD 2011
32 bit and 64bit versions will be available before the end of September, possibly earlier
EVALUATION
The plug-in will run for 15hours of use for evaluation purposes - the timer only runs when you have a point cloud loaded so you can run the evaluation over many days and complete a small drawing or modelling job
LICENSED USERS
You can download the 'eval' version from the download page, it'll pick up your license and run as a fully licensed version
NETWORK LICENSING
Please contact [email protected] before trying to use these updates with your network licensing. The network licensing server components will need to be updated before you can do this.

I have tried to reach so called local support. We don't have support at Estonia. We brought it from Czech guys. So far I haven't get any answer from there.

try Dan Cuttler he is on the forum and they are very good normally at supporting there customers. Go Direct for support rather than your supplier.
