Scan to BIM

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if you have ever used a scan to BIM company to outsource your point cloud conversion. I am considering a couple of options but will like to know what you recommend or tried, and what sort of scan was it for (commercial, residential, MEP?)

We do ours in-house (UK), that way I know the projects inside out and I am 100% confident its correct.
We also provide a document with our models, explaining the process we used, how we did it, any items of importance etc.
