I can't remember if it's that error but check your little mirror under the rotating section and see if it is dirty.

Hi there,
This can be either faulty Vertical Motor as it says or faulty battery.
In 99% cases this error is caused by faulty battery. Vertical motor does not receive enough power from faulty battery therefore it displays this error. Replace battery with proper one, if this doesn't help, remove battery and connect the scanner directly to mains using cables provided. This should reset Vmotor and provide enough power for it. Plug proper battery in and then the problem should be sorted.
In case it doesn't help, various tests can be undertaken on Vmotor by conneting it to your computer, use Web browser to go to V/HZ motor test bookmark. This option allows testing V/HZ motor by setting quantity of it's turns per minute. I can provide details if neccessary.

Hi guys...
I Had same battery problem yesterday.... during survey operation.
Fortunately we have 3 batteries and solved problem changed the fault one with another!
Now...question is...does someone know if is possible and how repair it???
