I think it is hard to put the thing into words only. You need to see and experience it. It is a complete re-design of all major components, allowing for the smaller size and weight but increasing accuracy at the same time. It is a long list of features, lots of them listed already above, but there are also a lot of details which got added, changed and improved, such as an additional handle to mount it upside down or on high tripods, as well as a new on-board and remote-web-based user-interface, providing new features and optimized workflows.
Of course it features the real-time registration workflow in the field with LaserControl Scout known of the IMAGER 5010X.
