I use a place call Stark Battery/Northern Mobile Electric in Canton, Ohio. I think they will charge around $300 to put the new batteries in it.

Bookmarked that one--thanks! Have other LSF members used this source with satisfaction?

Good value, assuming that it comes back with the electronics working as before. Also, was the plastic case modified in any way? I wonder how the fragile seams were unsealed without damaging them?

I've got a dead S120 battery which I want to rebuild .. I don't yet know what has caused the failure.. as the focus battery has two internal components - the twelve 18650 li ion batteries & the BMS ( the battery management system which controls both charging & discharging of the focus battery).. a failure of either will cause a dead battery
The pre assembled li ion battery packs are readily available in matching 6.75ah & more powerful 10.5ah (see attachment) but I need the diagram of the electrical connectors
Cheers
