Faro Focus 3D S120 disassemble repair

We all know Faro Focus 3D S120 issues after warranty period. It is easier just to throw away than to repair officially for about $10 000
So I disassemple it and I want to find a problem.

1.The laser emitter is broken, you can see a arrow on photo. I can move it a little by hand. Maybe someone know is it possible to repair it? The cloud is very distorted and there is a step between tho part of cloud spheres.
2.Inclinometer is dead. I don't think it can be repaired.

Would be glad for any help. I stopped to disassamble it because of fear But After few day I will make it bravely.

Very interesting! I'd love to see more pictures of it. Also I could never afford to buy a laser scanner but I'd love to tinker with it see how it ticks. Would you consider selling the parts at a reasonable price?

This needs your internal SD and you’ll be scanning again.

I was only scanning last week with this and then gave me the re boot looping issue, Faro said it has a corrupt Internal SD so I’m selling as is.
