Hi Darul,
Firstly welcome to the forum!
I have known the camera USB cable to break, but not after a few weeks. Usually the break occurs at the camera-end of the cable, when the camera is taken off and you forget to unplug the cable, bending the plug.
A few questions:
1) What computer are you using? (I have had problems with certain Toughbooks keeping a USB connection)
2) Is there lots of dust/water that might cause the USB connections to fail?
3) Does the failed USB cable work with other USB equipment (e.g. external hard drives)?
4) How many times does the cable get unplugged and re-connected?
Cheers,
Joe

It sounds like the problem is caused by the damage to the camera-end of the cable. Possible solutions would be:
a) make sure that the person removing the camera always remembers to unplug the cable
b) insert a short extension cable between the USB cable and the camera, which could remain attached to the camera always and be disconnected from the scanner USB cable before removing the camera
This website has a cable: part number CMUE2

+1 for Joes suggestion.
Our supplied USB cable broke after about a year and we now run a short extention from the camera. It's a lot less fiddley when installing the camera and when your not using the camera it's one less cable to worry about while scanning (also a lot easier to replace quickly).
