Scanner Calibration - GET boresight

Post by lipo80 »

Hello everybody,
in the first time I have to say that this option was not actual for me til today.

Laser device was get off from the plane, then it was put in on back and I have to get new boresights of scanner (roll, pitch, yaw).
For this calibration I´m using Riprocess.

And question is, which step in Riprocess is the most important for me? I know where edit "zeros" to roll, pitch, yaw of scanner, I´m using this program for adjustment strips, searching planes, export data and more.

Please, can you anybody tell me the steps for calculating new boresights?

Thank you very much for any answers.

This is Riegl ALS stuff, mostly TLS guys over here. I'd better ask Riegl support directly for a quick answer.
