Register360 / E57 ..no image enhancement :-(
But I have seen that using the PTG files (instead of E57) .. there is no more the "carousel" effect on the images.
But they are always clouds of colored dots and NOT panoramic images ..
Leica takes so much care of the images ..view that with the TRC360 can only be done in HDR but neglects their export, and therefore they are not valorized in the working process (.. all my clients - studies of small-sized building design) - use Recap / AutoCAD ...)
So .. lots of effort wasted :-( :-(

I can't believe you can't export images! For me, too, the .rcp file is essential for my customers.
I am a FARO user, my company should buy an RTC360 but the inability to export in RECAP format is a huge limitation.

Exporting panoramic images to ReCap with E57 will be supported in the next release of Cyclone Core and REGISTER 360 coming Q1 1019.

Soo.. Q1 is now over. Any idea when we will see the update on when we will see photo exports on E57 files from recap or cyclone?

/\ the webinar that was due to show the updates has been changed to 15th May according to the email thats been sent out, my guess is there must be a slight delay with the release.

Possible, we all know how schedules have a tendency to get pushed back a little with final bug fixes etc - I received the same webinar update this morning - I'd take the scheduled release date with a little pinch of salt. It's preferable that they get the release right instead of pushing it out the door :D :D

Tim
