Re: conversion of coe file to dxf files
I think there have been no replies cause you have given limited information
1.are you exporting a coe or a dxf from cyclone?
2. What program are you using to import the coe?
3. what layer were the flanges in in cyclone
4. What version of cyclone are you using
5 what version of coe transfer are you using
6. Are they inserted flange's or part of the piping routines
7. How about posting an example coe and dxf file so we can have a look for you.
We are happy to help, but your post was a little confusing.
Cheers

Ok, so I had a look at your data. You are correct, there does seem to be some bug in Cyclone where exported flanges via dxf don't hold their layers. However it works fine using a coe file. If you get the coe transfer utility from here
https://hds.leica-geosystems.com/en/29456.htm
the flanges will transfer fine and keep their layer using the coein tool in Autocad. They also transfer as 3d objects instead of Circles and polyface meshes.
Make sure to send a user feedback to Leica so they can fix the problem...hahahaha. In the help dropdown in cyclone there is a user feedback section.
See attached version of your coe imported into cyclone using coein.arx
Cheers
