P50 import issue
I have a colleague with an issue importing P50 scans. His project.prj file only has info for the first 10 setups out of 50+. All the stations seem to be visible in his download however. I don’t currently have Cyclone, so I was hoping a resident genius might be able to suggest how to get them all loaded. The scanner was a rental and is no longer available. All the scans are on a usb drive. The import process seems a bit different to how I remember it.

Re: P50 import issue
I believe that you need Cyclone 9.2.1 for the P50. Have your colleague check what version they are using. Also try importing on safe mode and not fast.

Re: P50 import issue
He’s running 9.1.5. The issue seems to be when he downloaded from the scanner, the .prj file wasn’t complete, so when he tried to import the project only the first 10 scanworlds are recognized. He has all the others but doesn’t know how to import them as the .prj file is corrupt.

Re: P50 import issue
Does he have Leica support? If not, I would be happy to look at his project file to see if it can be fixed or what may be wrong with it. Otherwise he could try importing a partial project and add a few scans to see if it will allow them to be added to the 10.

Re: P50 import issue
He needs to be running at least Cyclone 9.2.1, which is the current release.
