We currently have a P40 and a data/cat5 cable the device is plugged into the network and I believe that we need the C10 Data Copy Software to be able to connect to it so that we can download the scan data?
I’ve been having a look around to try and find a download of the software but don’t seem to be able to find it would anybody know where I can get hold of it?
Thanks.

Re: Leica P40 Data Download
Log In to Leica myworld and it is in there. Laser scanner hardware section, P40.
If you don't have an account just create one, you can then add your p40 by serial number as well

Re: Leica P40 Data Download
Hi Darren,
You'll need the P40 Datacopy tool and not the C10 datacopy tool as mentioned below.
Also, make sure you're not running fixed IPs on your desktop/laptop. Also make sure the datacopy tool version matches the firmware verison of your unit. It's backward compatible but you wont be able to use an older version with the latest firmware.
Any problems please feel free to call me.
