TruView won't run; Crashes IE each time

TruView won't run; Crashes IE each time

"I don't use TruView much, but when I do, it fails." Typically I'm a WebShare guy.

TruView is up-to-date, just re-installed to be sure. IE is up-to-date as well, and is set to allow Active Content. Screen is incorrect and when I enter a scan word, it crashes. Attached screenshot.

I would check your security software. Ours has to be turned off to allow Tru-View to run.

Under IE options go to advanced.
Select under browsing "Enable Third Party Browser Extensions"
Security "Allow Active Content to run in files on My Computer"
Both need to be checked.
Hope this works.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately did not work. Tru-View has been around +5 years, seems like these issues should be not be issues by now.
