Re: New Leica Scanner?
I was just looking online at the accuracy figures quoted for the BLK360. The original statements made were that it was accurate to 4mm. The first spec sheet issued a few months ago stated it was good to 4mm at 10m and 7mm at 20m. Strangely, Leica's latest web page for the BLK360 now says it's 6mm at 10m and 8mm at 20m. I guess, based on those figures, we're now talking of around 16mm at full range.
Of course, there are plenty of applications where that sort of accuracy is perfectly fine, but I do question the wisdom of taking pre-orders for an instrument based on it being accurate to 4mm then quietly downgrading it by 50% without mentioning it to those customers.

As Paul's link mentions, the 10.5" version is supported. In fact it performs better than the older 12.9 due to the new processor.KGEConsult wrote: ↑Wed Jun 07, 2017 7:25 pm Has there been any confirmation that the new 10.5 inch Ipad pro will have enough RAM for Recap Pro?

Re: New Leica Scanner?
I would really like to see an example of the imagery and also to see a levelled point cloud data set.
I know it's early days and that the price point is quite reasonable, but I'm also interested to know if Leica or SCCS plan to hire the kit out?
