I really like the idea of this and can think of some projects where it would be very useful.
If you don't see that there is nothing, then you are kidding yourself.

Re: @LeicaGeosystems ProScan mobile mapping solution
Some of the sample/real projects which have been completed with the tech are ace. I am particularly interested in how this product fits into the Process Plant/Industry 4.0 space. If you're based in the UK and interested in a demonstration please contact Antonio Mendes, or email me and I can forward your request. We will also likely host a centralised, local demo event at our Milton Keynes HQ in due course.

Honestly, I'm not overly excited about LEICA purchasing P3D. With LEICA already heavily invested in Pegasus, I expect this specific platform to die a quick death with them....really hope I'm wrong.
We've used our P3D in a number of different areas within our plant space and have developed a solid understanding of where it fits for us. Great technology today and could be even better if the developers are allowed to continue working on it.....time will tell.

Roadmap looks ace and development opportunities are plentiful. Combined with the P-Series, plus IP owned by LGS, ProScan has a nice future ahead of it, methinks.

Has anyone used one of these or had a demo? I would be interested in learning more about it.
