Hello All,
Have a rental unit P40 and the data will not come into Cyclone or REG360. REG360 crashes immediately after clicking import button. Cyclone import scanstation data gets stuck at a couple different percentages.
I am on Version 9.3.2 of Cyclone. Version 1.5.1 of REG360
Firmware is 2.81.701
Anyone have any thoughts or potential solutions?

Hi Shaun,
Have you tried "Partial Import" in Cyclone Core?
Select a couple of scans to test whether its the software or the data.
Have you checked the available storage space where your temp folder and database are located ?
Graphics driver up to date?
