I'm glad to hear Apex are stand up guys, and best of luck to them.
In fairness to web designers everywhere it's often impossible for them to get decent images from their clients. A friend once told me that inevitability the most reliable way for him to get a high resolution logo for the companies he was working for was to Google them and steal the logo from whatever came up. Requesting a high resolution version from the company would usually just result in a 72 dpi scan of the front desk secretary's business card.

I'm offering to produce high res images of logos or image rendering at a reasonable price if you want them.
