We are expanding our sales team at 3D Laser Mapping. Let me know if you want to be part of the team selling the successful ROBIN universal laser mapping system.

Role
To lead and develop a successful business development proposition for one of our innovative product lines, which maximizes the Company’s market presence and delivers profitable sales growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Sales targets and sales growth
• Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and recruitment through to partnership agreement to successful sales and deployments
• Coordination of overseas partners to successfully perform sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Ensure end customers are successful
• Track activity and sales progress in CRM system

Experience, Skills and Behaviours
• Successful track record in business development
• Knowledge of laser scanning, LiDAR, surveying, mapping, remote sensing and/or GIS
• Ability to undertake on-site customer demonstrations
• Very high standard of written work - creating technical proposals
• Ability and willingness to travel (UK and International)
• Experience working in sectors such as built environment, construction, mining and forestry
• Positive, enthusiastic approach to work ('can-do' attitude)
• Good communicator at all levels
• Collaborative relationship builder
• Problem solver
• Self-starter -able to work without close supervision
• Technically aware but commercially driven
• Pro-active, self-starter with accomplished sales ability
• Ego & humility in equal measure
• Ability to gain the trust & respect of clients, prospect, HQ support functions & Distributors alike.

Success Criteria
• Pipeline development
• Profitable sales growth
• Client / partner retention
