Leica C10 scans in Webshare Cloud: upside down panoramas

Post by cbaze »

We imported some C10 scans into Scene via an .e57 file. The scans look perfect in the plan view of Webshare Cloud. When we open the Scan View, the scans are upside down and distorted to fill only 180 degrees horizontally. How can we fix this?

Do you have access to TruView to see if the data when published through the standard Leica channel comes out correctly? Sounds like this is an issue related to the E57 export/import.

We isolated the problem. If we export to .e57 from Cyclone and import to SCENE, it works fine. The problem is happening when we go from Cyclone>.e57>Recap>.e57>Scene.
