We have just developed a small piece of software that converts raw RXP (Reigl scanners files) to PTX. It works smoothly, has some options and parameters like: first and last targets in a separate files, range filter, loose points filter, normal "sharpness" parameter.
The question for you guys is if anyone would be interested in using it? Shall we work on proper interface, installer and licencing manager?

You can see that it supports a number of formats (but not RXP to PTX!) - we intend to add this format when demand is strong enough, and so far it hasn't been...
